Spring Home Inspection – Keep Your Home in good shape
November 22nd, 2009Most major repairs can be avoided if homeowners to review their own behavior, each spring. Catch potential problems will save money home and catch the unexpected surprises. Give yourself a pen and watch your list.
The external control:
Driveway:
Check for cracks that may have formed during the winter
Foundation:
Interrupted or broken?
There are water stains or signs of moisture?
NotedNo growth of moss or mildew?
Structure:
